Order Processing
All orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification with tracking information.

International Shipping

International Customs Fees & Taxes
Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout when available.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their destination country. Please check with your local customs office for additional information before placing your order.
Order Tracking
When your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number that can be used to check your order status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.
If you have not received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@fabricoftheuniverse.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.
Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@fabricoftheuniverse.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
